Craigievar offers a fantastic location with views to match, the sitting room has a bay window from which you get 180 degree view of the Cromarty Firth and if you are really lucky you may catch sight of the Dolphins and a pair of Ospreys as they search for their food, if you are an early riser you may well get a sighting of otters on the beach.
Dining room is off the sitting room and offers views to the front (sea) and across the back (garden) off the dining room is the kitchen which has electric cooker, fridge and a freezer can be found in the utility along side the washer/dryer
Master bedroom with ensuite shower has a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobe, lamps and a DAB radio/alarm and lovely views across the Cromarty Firth water.
A second bedroom has two single beds, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets,fitted wardrobe, lamps and a DAB radio/alarm and view over the rear garden.
There is a family bathroom with shower over.
